Ian’s trajectory was forged in the U.S. Air Force and refined through years of orchestrating complex commercial projects and coastal estates. However, his most critical foundation was built in the crucible of the last three years. After a profound personal transition in 2024, Ian put his principles of resilience to the test, rebuilding his internal operating system while launching a business and pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership.
From Project Oversight to Strategic Intervention:
The shift from the field to consulting happened naturally; Ian recognized that clients were seeking more than just a plan, they were seeking a partner to help them realize their vision and unlock the full potential of their investments, teams, and relationships. Today, Ian identifies the "Ultimate Why" behind friction, knowing that the only way forward is through aligning business systems with the strength of individual contributions.
